-? �" BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
rr' tha,t the Acknowledgement/Settlement Agreement dated March 25,
o 2200, in the amount of $300. 00, in conjunction with settlement of
4 ?vi4lation of tobacco laws, by and between Citgo, 515 Broadway,
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of March, 2002 .
