" °that the Acknowledgement/Settlement Agreement dated March 25,

002 in the amount of $300. 00, in conjunction with settlement of
mviolation of tobacco laws, by and between Express Mart, 1309
FLfayette Street, Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
exgCute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
