BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
r==that the Agreement dated March 25, 2002, to allow temporary access
c driveway across the west parking lot of the J.E. Millett Company
din ' conjunction with F.Y. 2002 Street Reconstruction Program,
r.Contract No. 646, by and between J.E. Millett of Waterloo, Iowa,
and, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of 'the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of March, 2002 .
