The North Four Hundred Thirty-nine (439. 0) feet of
the Northwest Quarter (NW-i) of Section No. Three
(3) , Township No. Eight-seven (87) North, Range No.
Thirteen (13) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian
in Black Hawk County, Iowa,
Except a strip of land One Thousand Two Hundred
Seventy-six and Five tenths (1, 276.5) feet in even
width lying West of and parallel to the West right-
of-way line of Highway No. 402,
Except the north Two Hundred (200. 0) feet of the
West Six Hundred Fifty-four (654 . 0) feet of said
Northwest Quarter (NW ) , and
Except that part thereof conveyed to Black Hawk
County, Iowa, for road purposes by Warranty Deed
recorded in land Deed Record Book 102 at Page 537
of the records of said county, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage dated March 25, 2002, for payment of Promissory Note
in conjunction with the Kimball South Rural Water Main
Project, by and between Michael G. and Kathleen M. Ambrosy,
9011 Kimball Avenue, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of March, 2002.
