ci =- :; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Acknowledgement/Settlement Agreement dated April 1, 2002,
the amount of $300. 00, in conjunction with settlement of
rwioation of tobacco laws, by and between Metro #66, 821 Broadway,
aTatexloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tern authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of April, 2002.
