Rat the Acknowledgement/Settlement Agreement dated April 1, 2002,
a' n the amount of $300. 00, in conjunction with settlement of
tliiblation of tobacco laws, by and between Downtown Amoco, 428
:Fra ;klin, Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the; same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to
