trj BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
a the Acknowledgement/Settlement Agreement dated April 1, 2002,
Q) P42 the amount of $300. 00, in conjunction with settlement of
Ei7lArdolation of tobacco laws, by and between Wal-Mart, 1334 Flammang
Drive, Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of April, 2002.
