77: WHEREAS, Iowa Code Section 364 . 12 ( 3 ) (h) allows municipalities
to certify unpaid mowing, lot cleanup and snow removal fees to the
hbO4fited property as a lien .
2 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk, be and the same
is hereby instructed to certify to the Black Hawk County Treasurer
' all unpaid lot mowing, lot cleanup and snow removal fees as
contained in the attached schedule now on file in the City Clerk' s
office .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lst day of April , 2002 .
