-yHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
a h` xetofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
__proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
. .F .Y., 2002 Street Reconstruction Program, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, known as Contract No. 646, and
- H WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2002 Street
Reconstruction Program, known as Contract No. 646, which were
preliminarily approved on March 11, 2002, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 8,
2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2002 Street Reconstruction
Program, known as Contract No. 646, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of April, 2002 .
