IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN t7 iH Cf r� a r; CITY ` HALL AND INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO .0 , =�- PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING. ri rrj o s WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 6th day of May, 2002, for the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of Northland Products Company, Inc. , to rezone from "R-2" One and Two Family Residence District to "R-2, C-Z" Conditional One and Two Family Residence District property generally located along Rainbow Drive near the intersection with Hanna Boulevard for the purpose of construction of an office building, and legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block 1, Clyde Miller Heights in Castle Hill, Waterloo and all of Lot 3 Auditor Whitney Road Plat, Castle Hill, Waterloo, excluding the Southwest 89.2 feet, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
