r1 �c $ET kitSOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
A:g FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 5: 30 p.m. on the 6th day of May, 2002, for the purpose of
considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate ten-foot utility
easement generally located west of Aspen Drive just east of the
city limits to accommodate proposed residential development, and
legally described as follows:
A part of Lot 10 and Tract 2, Minard Central Heights
Addition, a Replat of Part of Tracts D, E, and F,
Central Heights II Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 10;
thence South 89°57' 40" West a distance of 25. 00 feet to
the point of beginning; thence South 00°02' 20" East a
distance of 5. 00 feet; thence South 89°57' 40" West a
distance of 107 . 00 feet; thence North 00°02' 20" West a
distance of 10. 00 feet; thence North 89°57' 40" East a
distance of 107 . 00 feet; thence South 00°02' 20" East a
distance of 5. 00 feet to the point of beginning, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
The Southerly line of said Lot 10 is assumed to bear
South 89°57 ' 40 " West ,
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of April, 2002.
