(2) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

r-that the Right of Entry Agreement dated April 8, 2002, to allow
(1) :,.t.Gmporary access driveway across property generally located at
1010 Upton Avenue in conjunction with F.Y. 2002 Street
'Redonstruction Program, Contract No. 646, by and between Modern
Painting, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of April, 2002.
