CD _ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
i' st-hat the Agreement dated April 8, 2002, authorizing to proceed
' th acquisition of properties along the Cedar River in
(r) ;conjunction with Economic Development Administration (EDA) Special
-Purpose Grant for the Rath Area Brownfields Redevelopment
' Initiative, by and between U.S. Department of Commerce, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
thda-Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of April, 2002.
