a O ` WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
.7!SEUperintendent of Traffic Operations, to prepare and file
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
etc. , for the construction of the F.Y. 2002 Outdoor Public Warning
Sirens and Accessories, Contract No. 655, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Traffic Operations has filed
said specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
costs, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of April, 2002.
