MEMORIAL BOARD TO HOLD ANNUAL MEMORIAL DAY
PARADE ON MAY 27, 2002 .

t-1 WHEREAS, the Waterloo Memorial Board has made written
cp application to the City Council asking that they be authorized and
permitted to hold annual Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 27,
2002, and
WHEREAS, said parade will start at 10: 30 a.m. , with parade
route to travel west on Commercial Street to Park Avenue, north to
Mulberry Street, east to 5th Street and then south to Memorial
Hall .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that permission is hereby granted to
Waterloo Memorial Board to hold annual Memorial Day Parade on May
27, 2002 beginning at 10:30 a.m. with parade route to travel west
on Commercial Street to Park Avenue, north to Mulberry Street,
east to 5th Street and then south to Memorial Hall.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April, 2002 .
