BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Acknowledgement/Settlement Agreement dated April 15,
2002, in the amount of $300. 00, in conjunction with settlement of
violation of tobacco laws, by and between Kum & Go, 1976 Franklin
Street, Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April, 2002.
