t-7:: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Acknowledgement/Settlement Agreement dated April 15,
A 2002 in the amount of $300. 00, in conjunction with settlement of
violation of tobacco laws, by and between Kwik Star, 324 Fletcher
-Avenue, Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
saMe in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April, 2002 .
