CA BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
aihat: the Joint Application dated April 15, 2002, for Cities Untied
: oirScience Progress (CUSP) funds in the amount of $200, 000.00 in
'Conjunction with the Community Development Housing Rehabilitation
Program for removal of lead-based paint hazards, associated costs
in the older housing stock and continue lead paint training for
area contactors, by and between Black Hawk County Public Health
Department, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April, 2002.
