W H EREAS, Borwig Building Service, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa,
under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished
certain materials and performed labor in connection with West 5th
Street Parking Ramp Improvements, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April, 2002.
