EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the One-year Lease Agreement dated April 15, 2002, for two
police motorcycles at cost of $50. 00 per month per motorcycle, by
) „and• between Harley-Davidson Motorcycles of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
"City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the ,Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
