that the contract of Bowers Masonry, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, for
the .,Cedar River/Exchange Skate Park and Basketball Court, in the

loWa, ' by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 15th day of April,
2002, together with the accompanying bond for the faithful
performance of said contract signed by the Nationwide Mutual
Insurance Company of Des Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and
the same are hereby approved.
