C H BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
("I tt-that° the Grant Agreement dated April 15, 2002, in the amount of
r-- $69, 950. 00 for reimbursement of costs associated with security
requirements after September 11, 2002, by and between U.S.
Department Of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration
Airport Division, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of Apr' 1, 2002.
