the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meW.-, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 6th day of May 2002, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon the Community Development
Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Program One Year Action Plan for the
period of July 1, 2002 to June 30, 2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April, 2002.
