'- 'WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
pleretofore instructed the Superintendent of Traffic Operations of
' sai0 City to prepare proposed specifications, foLul of contract,
etc-: , for the F.Y. 2002 Outdoor Public Warning Sirens and
Accessories, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No.
655, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Traffic Operations did file
said preliminary specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
F.Y. 2002 Outdoor Public Warning Sirens and Accessories, known as
Contract No. 655, which were preliminarily approved on April 8,
2002, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 29,
2002, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2002 Outdoor Public Warning
Sirens and Accessories, known as Contract No. 655, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of April, 2002.
