O o F.Y. 2002 OUTDOOR PUBLIC WARNING SIRENS AND
H r ACCESSORIES, CONTRACT NO. 655.

(D , , "= WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2002-228, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2002 Outdoor Public Warning Sirens
and Accessories, known as Contract No. 655, in the City of
{v _Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
after the hearing prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said improvements
be constructed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of April, 2002.
