D' d RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PLAT IMPROVEMENTS FOR
o Er E+ PINE MEADOWS ADDITION IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
o IOWA.

1 -4 WHEREAS, the following improvements were required as a
i cicondition precedent to the final approval of Pine Meadows
'Addition; namely the installation of sanitary sewer and services,
.nstallation of storm sewer, the bringing of streets to grade, the
'installation of six inch (6") Portland cement concrete paving, and
"incidentals, and
C WHEREAS, the above improvements have been completed in
substantial confouaance with the construction plans, standards and
requirements of the City Engineer.
WHEREAS, Weichers Construction, Inc. , Inc. has provided a
two-year maintenance bond for said Pine Meadows Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that the Plat Improvements for Pine Meadows
Addtion, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of April, 2002 .
