BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
I rthat the Supplemental Agreement No. 4 dated April 29, 2002, for
ro4inued construction administration services in conjunction with
rlSal-iMarnan Drive Traffic Improvements, Phase I, STP-8155 (651) -70-
07 at a cost not to exceed $56,292. 35 with city match of
, $11,258 . 47, by and between Parsons Transportation Group, Inc. , and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
rand the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City
Fof Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of April, 2002 .
