H CU 135 IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
rt'zhat the F.Y. 2003 One Year Action Plan for the Community
1Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Program funds, be and
the same are hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to submit
same to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
