BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
- 04 the Memorandum of Agreement dated May 6, 2002, for
trireimblarsement of costs to provide Police Officers at the Waterloo
Airport through December 1, 2003, by and between the Untied States
Depatment of Transportation Security Administration, and the City
o=f `:Wterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Police Chief authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 2002.
