(11 n+ `WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
ff cial/Maintenance Administrator, to prepare and file
' peCifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
:etc for the F.Y. 2002 Roofing Projects for the City of Waterloo,
as ,specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
filed said specifications, form of contract and preliminary
estimate of costs, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 2002.
