WHEREAS, the Engineers have filed said plans, specifications,
form of contract and preliminary estimate of costs, etc. , and the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 2002.
