BE IT -'RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOLLOWS: Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 20th day of May, 2002, for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans, specifications, fot1n of contract and estimate of cost for the F.Y. 2002 Greenhill Road Recreational Trail Repair-Phase 2, in the City of Waterloo and the taking of construction bids therefore, Contract No. 656. Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 2002 .
