;WHEREAS, __-the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 28th day of May, 2002, for the
purpose of considering the request of Parrot and Wood Funeral Home
for a site plan amendment to the "R-P" Planned Residence District
property generally located near the corner of San Marnan Drive and
Ansborough Avenue for the development of a funeral home, legally
described as follows:
Lot No. 2 in Home Plaza Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, except that part thereof described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot No. 2;
thence North 90°00' 00" East along the North line of said
Lot No. 2, 72 . 0 feet; thence South 00°00' 00" West 332. 78
feet to the South line of said Lot No. 2; thence South
87°24' 55" West along said South line 72 . 07 feet to the
West line of said Lot No. 2; thence North 00°00' 00" East
along said West line 336. 03 feet to the point of
beginning, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of May, 2002 .
