- R1110 IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Law Loan Government/Purchase Program Agreement dated May
13, 2002, for use of a Waverunner for one year at no cost, by and
bretwn Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA, through Weber' s Cycle shop,
Inc. , and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Fire Chief authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of May, 2002 .
