THE NOTICE OF HEARING.

M - :wHER.E.A4 THE Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
cmeet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo at 5: 30
p.m, On the 3rd day of June, 2002, for the purpose of considering
and acting upon amendments to Ordinance No , 2479 , Zoning
Ordinance, as amended, as it pertains to family homes, group
homes, and halfway rehabilitation houses, a copy of which is on
file in the office of the City Clerk.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of May, 2002 .
