c � , the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
0etofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
:2002 Greenhill Road Recreational Trail Repair-Phase 2, in the
ity z Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 656, and

:]:: IHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2002
Greenhill Road Recreational Trail Repair-Phase 2, known as
Contract No. 656, which were preliminarily approved on May 6,
2002, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 20,
2002, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, fo m of
contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2002 Greenhill Road
Recreational Trail Repair-Phase 2, known as Contract No. 656, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved
as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May, 2002.
