Ll BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
(that the Two-year Lease Agreement dated May 20, 2002, to lease

rxppproximately 1, 348 acres of farmland, by and between Nathan
''E. gelkes of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
