jthat: the Acknowledgement/Settlement Agreement dated May 20, 2002,
OAT the amount of $300. 00, in conjunction with settlement of
violation of tobacco laws, by and between Econofoods, 1411
: Flammang Drive, Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
