BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
m tTillat the Acknowledgement/Settlement Agreement dated May 20, 2002,
p.11.1. gte amount of $300. 00, in conjunction with settlement of
OrioIation of tobacco laws, by and between Hy-Vee, Inc. , 1422
L-Flammang Drive, Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
