E� WHEREAS, Kent D. Orchard, 873 Belle Street, is having a band

a WHEREAS, said band playing will exceed the limits of the

• WHEREAS, Kent D. Orchard, 873 Belle Street, has made formal
application for a variance effective on June 15, 2002 from 4 : 00
p.m. to 11: 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Kent D. Orchard, 873 Belle
Street, for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, in
conjunction with a band playing at an Open House for a small
business located at 1409 Jefferson Street on June 15, 2002 from
4 : 00 p.m. to 11 : 00 p.m. be and the same hereby granted.
