BE.- ITHEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NATERLOO, IOWA, that the Construction Plans for the paving, storm
elaci sanitary sewer serving Anderson' s Sixth Addition, as
subftOted by Engineering Surveys and Services, of Columbia,
Missouri, and Sewage Treatment Agreement dated May 28, 2002, by
and between the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same are hereby approved and Mayor
authorized to execute same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of M. ', 2002.
