BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

be and the same hereby removed from the F.Y. 2002 Asphalt Overlay
Program, Contract No. 645.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that overlay of East San Marnan Drive
from Penny' s Street to LaPorte Road, be and the same hereby
delayed until next year' s asphalt overlay program so that the
overlay will coordinate and fit better with the completed traffic
improvements on East San Marnan Drive.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of y, 2002.
