It '-,- , J741HEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
Services Director, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form
tof ' -contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the
tconstruction of the Re-roofing of Concession Stand Waterloo
Municipal Stadium, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in
the specifications, and

, P WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said plans,
ro specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
costs, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, foLm of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of May, 2002.
