Sgction 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 17th day of June, 2002, for the
purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the Re-
Roofing Of Concession Stand Waterloo Municipal Stadium, in the
City of Waterloo and the taking of construction bids therefore.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of May, 2002.
