-!--\ (; WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
cp heretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to prepare proposed specifications,
form of contract, etc. , for the 2002 Roofing Projects for City of

tYnaterloo, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and

WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator did
file said preliminary specifications, foriu of contract, etc. , for
the 2002 Roofing Projects for City of Waterloo, which were
preliminarily approved on May 6, 2002, and

WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 3,
2002, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the 2002 Roofing Projects for City of
Waterloo, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June, 2002 .
