RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE

tri 2002 ROOFING PROJECTS FOR CITY OF WATERLOO.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2002-322, specifications, form of
2 'contract, etc. , for the 2002 Roofing Projects for City of
:,-Waterloo, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and
eA ..dopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said improvements
be constructed in accordance with said specifications.
That said work shall be done by contract and shall be
commenced promptly after receipt of "Notice to Proceed".
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June, 2002.
