n • BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
tat the Three-year Agreement dated June 3, 2002, to provide long
distance services for city telephones, by and between MCI
WQrldCom, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
ch6reby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
plhalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
