Q X BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
::that the Agreement dated June 3, 2002, at a cost of $15, 000. 00 to
`prepare grant application for HUD Brownfield Economic Development
ltiative funds in the amount of $2, 000, 000, by and between
*ward R. Green, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
