'0 () BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
(-) EthaE the Agreement dated June 3, 2002, for a loan in the amount of
71$1-3i000. 00 in conjunction with a match for a State of Iowa grant
to provide an outreach office for Hispanics, by and between the
Hispanic or Latino Access Association (HALO) , and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June, 2002.
