BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following described property:
A 16 . 00 foot wide drainage and utility easement located
in Lot 2 , Home Plaza Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, described as follows :
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot 2 ;
thence South 00°00' 00" West along the West line of said
Lot 2 a distance of 95 . 63 feet; thence North 90°00' 00"
East a distance of 78 . 82 feet to the point of
beginning; thence North 43°45' 23" East a distance of
